Description:
Open service concession in application of articles L.3121-1, L.3122-1, R.3122-9, R.3123-14 et seq. Of the public procurement code. The contract is an Alloti concession contract as follows: lot n 1: on -site catering and additional services; Lot n 2: service ofalternative catering. The police prefecture designated "concedent", currently has six (6) administrative restaurants (around 1,400 covers per day, or 350,000 meals per year) and a fast food site (around 150,000 passages per year) located in Paris and in a small crown.Given the operational constraints resulting from the missions to which her agents are assigned, she wished to set up a collective catering service adapted to these constraints (time periods, geographic location, etc.). The purpose of the contract is to manufacture andDistribution of catering services served within the catering sites on behalf of the police prefecture (lot n 1) and, the implementation of an alternative catering solution by the provision of equipment, their supply and maintenance (lot n 2).
