Title: Collective catering service and ancillary services on the Enap
site Subject: The purpose of this contract is to operate the administrative restaurant of the National School of Prison Administration and mainly includes: • The supply of foodstuffsres and ancillary products necessary for the manufacture of meals; • The preparation and preparation of meals on site; • Their self-service distribution; • Cleaning of premises and dishes; • The preservation in good condition of the movable and immovable property entrusted to it under theexploitation.
