This collective catering market is:
-The delivery of all the food and ingredients necessary for the preparation of meals including bread.
-The permanent presence of a manager manager cook and a technical agent for making meals, two ETPs.
-The meal preparation for canteens, the leisure center, as well as any other category of guests defined by the community and entering the dynamics of the P.A.T (elderly, firefighters, pole artists Cultural The space of Thiey, municipal staff, etc.).
-The transport of meals in hot connection, provided by the staff, to two satellite kitchens.
Meals will be made in the central kitchen and served on site and for school restaurants.
