- This consultation concerns the establishment of a market by the Ministry of Justice relating to the creation and provision of catering services for the benefit of agents of the Ministry of Justice within the National School of Judicial Protection From Youth To Roubaix, En Entrusting A Service Provider With The Operation Of The Administrative Restaurant Of The Enpjj Central Site In Roubaix. This is a service market. For the Contract Holder, the operation of the administrative restaurant mainly includes: -The supply of foodstuffs and Anne productsxes necessary for the production of lunch meals, from Monday to Friday inclusive; - The preparation and preparation of meals on site; - Their self-service distribution; - The cleaning of premises and dishes; - Preservation in good condition Movable and Real Estate Assets Entrusted to HimTitle of the operation.The general objectives in terms of results consist of ensuring: -The overall quality of the service to guarantee the satisfaction of guests; -Compliance with obligations in terms of hygiene and safety; -The food service Attractive, Varied, Quantitatively satisfactory and of regular quality;-Respect for the premises and equipment entrusted to the Service Provider;-Compliance with all the Requirements indicated in this Document As well as Respect for all the Service Provider's commitments indicated in its offer. -Traditional Preparation, From Qquality, made from mixed products: fresh, raw and semi-prepared - Meals and preparations prepared on site every day - Refined presentation of dishes - Implementation of Haccp procedures throughout the sector and, ultimately, D 'a Global Quality Approach.
