Description:
The Communal Social Action Center (CCAS) provides a range of services intended to deal with situations of precariousness or social difficulties affecting several categories of people, particularly the elderly. In this context, the CCAS wishes to offer seniors a service of restoration to contribute to the development of their social life, the prevention of pathologies linked to aging and isolation and to improve the daily well-being of this population. This service, open to all, aims to make concrete the ability of the CCAS to offer pleasure and quality in shared time. Also, high standards are expected in terms of development of the social life of seniors, nutritional quality and quality of public service provided. The proposed service will respond to the following issues: - Taste quality, diversity of proposals menus; - Animation, conviviality and contribution to social ties; - The quality of the service provided by regulatory rigor and operational transparency, regularity in the organization, respect for the expectations expressed by users and by the CCAS; - Redevelopment or revitalization of this service, which previously affected a larger number of residents.
