The purpose of the purchase project is to entrust to an holder the exploitation of the following restoration spaces:
- self of the site of the arche,
- cafeteria of the site of the arche
- self of the tower sequoia,
- cafeteria of the sequoia tower,
- self of the Saint-Germain site,
- cafeteria of the Saint-Germain site.
TheseCatering areas are open to central administration agents and visitors present on the sites, having or not a catering agreement.
The holder will also benefit from exclusivity with regard to the "caterers" services of the employees present on these sites:Breakfasts, breaks, meal trays, cocktails, buffets ...

This consultation is to exploit the three administrative restaurants, cafeterias andAPPOSEMENTS APPOSE OF TURSEURS TO INSTEMENT OF THE CENTRAL Administration of the Ministries of Regional Planning and Decentralization, and the Ecological Transition, Biodiversity, Forest, Sea and Fisheries (hereinafter referred to as "Ministerial Pole" or "Ministry).
