The market has passed according to a competitive dialogue procedure in accordance with articles R.2124-5,R.2161-24 to R.2161-31 of the public procurement code. The use of the competitive dialogue procedure is justified by the nature and complexity of the services subject to the market, in accordance with article R2124-3 of the public procurement code.
The market is treated at mixed prices, with a partLoncaire, and a share of order orders in application of articles of articles R2162-3 to 6 and R2162-13 to 14 of the public procurement code. The share with order orders is concluded according to the following minimum and maximum amounts:

The market will be concluded with a multidisciplinary team bringing together, at least, the following skills:
-Trealization of a collective production installation audit of heating and domestic hot water (thermalian, etc.)
-Mainting of the counting and remote tape equipment of these installations (automation, electronics, electrical engineering, mechanics, thermal)
-Paramage of computer toolsand data analysis in connection with manual or automated collection interfaces
-topwork and management of databases
