Description:
The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. Each lot will be awarded separately. Services are regulated by unit prices. The framework agreement is concluded from 02/09/2026 (or on its notification date if this is later than this date), for a duration of 4 years. For lot no. 1, the maximum order amount over 4 years is 30,000 euro(s) excluding tax. For lot no. 2, the maximum order amount over 4 years is 130,000 euro(s) excluding tax. For lot no. 3, the maximum order amount over 4 years is 50,000 euro(s) excluding tax. For lot no. 4, the amount maximum orders over 4 years is 120,000 euro(s) excluding tax. Under article L. 2113-12 of the Public Procurement Code, lot no. 4 is reserved for adapted companies (EA), work assistance establishments and services (ESAT) or equivalent structures, when more than 50% of the The workers concerned are disabled people who, due to the nature or severity of their impairments, cannot carry out professional activity under normal conditions.
