Description:
The purpose of this contract is the Collection and treatment of Hazardous Industrial Waste (DID) and Care Activities with Infectious Risks (DASRI). The consultation includes the following lots: LOT 1: Collection and treatment of Hazardous Industrial Waste (DID); LOT 2: Collection and processing of DASRI (Healthcare Waste with Infectious Risk). The description of the services is described in the CCTP. For all the lots, the consultation was carried out according to: An open call for tenders procedure in application of the provisions mentioned in 1 of article R. 2124-2 of the Order Code Public and articles R2161-2 to R2161-5 of the Public Order Code. This is a single-awarder framework agreement executed as purchase orders are issued (for all lots) in accordance with the provisions of articles L2125-1, R2162-1 to R2162-6 and R2162-13 to R2162-14 of the Public Order Code (this is the new name for the purchase order contract concluded with an economic operator). The services are carried out on the sites indicated in Appendix 1 of the CCTP (list not exhaustive).
