Description:
The purpose of this Consultation is the collection and elimination of waste from healthcare activities with an infectious risk (Dasri) of the Departmental Fire and Rescue Service of Bouches-Du-Rhone (Sdis 13). Sdis 13 intervenes On all prevention and relief missions with a view tothe Protection of People and Property in the Department of Bouches-Du-Rhone, With the exception of the Commune of Marseille. In the logic of departmentalization carried out in 2000, Sdis 13 becomes in its own right, the Manager of Human Resources , Materials and finances of the Fire Department andEmergency In The Department. In accordance with Article R. 1335-3 of the Public Health Code 'The Persons Mentioned in Article R. 1335-2 May, by an Agreement Which Must Be Written, Entrust the Elimination of Their waste from healthcare activities and similar to another person who is inable to carry out these operations. An order from the Ministers responsible for the environment and health sets out the stipulations that must be included in these agreements. Thus, collection services and the elimination of waste from healthcare activities with an infectious risk must be provided.be insured in the various fire and rescue centers spread across the department.
