Description:
This procedure presents the need for a SaaS collaborative design tool used for the design of user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) to enable teams to design, prototype and collaborate in real time on projects. digital product for business. This type of tool has been used at the Enedis IT department since January 2021 by a population of designers and developers but also at the Dircom DR and EDF group level. It is notably the central tool of the skills center Design By Enedis and the Source Design System project which aims to develop a scalable digital ecosystem and guarantee respect for the fundamental principles of UX design. This also involves the challenge of centralizing knowledge of digital products within the company, to inspect the quality of production, and to control project deviations wishing to do without the support of a design expert and avoid multiplying the tools for product design.
