Description:
Sanding cobots and painting cobots Painting and sanding cobots SNCF carries out level 4 and 5 maintenance of all types of railway rolling stock through the Industrial Technicentres. With the aim of researching automation of tasks and improvement of performance/efficiency, she wishes to cobotise certain tasks. Currently the exterior sanding of trailers and engines, as well as removed parts, is carried out manually. The same goes for painting. exterior bodywork which is carried out using MEWP nacelles in large dedicated paint booths. In this context, the SNCF wishes to equip the various IT with cobots allowing sanding and cobots allowing the painting of the trains in order to meet needs through the development and implementation of cobots to carry out maintenance operations to gain productivity, reduce MSDs and arduousness The cobots must operate under the same software configurations according to application: painting or sanding. The location of the cobots will be defined according to the location of the technicentres either in the cabin or in the workshop environment depending on the activity Doc Title: Cobots Contract Type: supplies
