- The project concerns the renovation of DRC, R+1 and R+2 levels of the Compoint site. The work will be carried out in the occupied environment. These premises have a 1300m2 floor area and are accessible in the DRC by an outdoor path (pedestrians and cars). The building is occupied by care structures in child psychiatry for children and young people aged 6 to 15. The building incorporates premises used by third parties in the DRC which are strictly independent of the care structures. The building is also strictly independent. The project consists of a redevelopment of premises located in the DRC, R+1 and R+2 to renovate and group the GHU care units without sleeping premises in the same establishment in terms of access and technical installations, classified as a 5eme type category.
