Description:
This consultation is launched according to the open call for tenders procedure defined in articles R2161-2 to R2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code.
The consultation concerns bush clearing and maintenance services on Sensitive Natural Areas in the Department of Sarthe - Lots 1 at 4.
The services will be the subject of four single-award framework agreements with no minimum and maximum executed by issuing purchase orders following the definition of articles R2162-2, R2162-4 to R2162-6, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Public Order Code.
The Department of Sarthe, in out of concern for promoting employment and combating exclusion, has decided to apply the provisions of article L2113-13 of the public procurement code by reserving all of the lots in this market for integration structures through economic activity mentioned in article L. 5132-4 of the labor code and to equivalent structures, when they employ a minimum proportion of 50% of disadvantaged workers.
Approval from DREETS (formerly DIRECCTE) is requested for SIAEs, and for equivalent structures, any justification indicating that the structure employs at least 50% disadvantaged workers
