Description:
The framework agreement will be executed by the emission of purchase orders.
Each batch will be the subject of a separate attribution.
The services are paid by unit prices.
The estimated amounts are indicative and include all of the renewal periods.
Initial period of 12 months from 01/01/2026 until 12/31/2026. Number of renewal periods fixed at 3, duration of each renewal period of 1 year, and maximum duration of the contract, all periods combined, of 4 years.
The operation being the subject of this consultation is part of the Charter For the promotion of employment by the local development of Grand Chambery dated March 6, 2007, signed by the contracting authorities, professional organizations representing construction companies and the public service for the employment of the Chamberian agglomeration.
It is also part of The framework of the Charter for the Employment and Integration of the Grand Lac Agglomeration Community dated July 12, 2019, signed by project owners, professional organizations representing construction companies and institutional partners in charge of the public employment service.
In Application of art. L2112-2 of the public procurement code, lots of lots are asked 02, 03, 05, and 06 to implement integration actions by employment for the benefit of priority audiences
