Description:
The purpose of this framework agreement is to clean window cleaning and light points for establishments in the City of Paris Social Action Center in 2 lots
The services expected are as follows:
- Window cleaning on both sides including difficult access windows ;
- maintenance of the interior and exterior periphery, chassis and frames on both sides;
- Cleaning light points, partitions and glass doors, pavers or glass bricks;
- Cleaning the ventilation or ventilation grids whose windows can be equipped
- discount in a state of cleanliness of glazing elements. It is a question of carrying out an in -depth or specific cleaning allowing, for example, to eliminate persistent traces of limestone, or even tenacious or accumulated volatile droppings for a long time.
The places of execution of the services are indicated in Annex 1 of the specific administrative clauses (CCAP) of this framework agreement
