Cleaning services for two annexes of the Soissons Hospital Center (IFSI and CAMSP) located in Chateau-Thierry (n 522501). The subject of this consultation is the cleaning services for two annexes of the Soissons Hospital Center, located in Chateau-Thierry: Annex of the Institute of Nursing Training (IFSI); Annex of the Medico-Social Psychological Action Center (CAMSP). This involves cleaning floors, surfaces and windows. Area of sites: IFSI: approximately 380 m2; CAMSP: approximately 120 m2. The Holder will have an obligation of results, whatever the state premises at the time of pick-up. This results obligation covers the total duration of the framework agreement. The list of services defined in this specific technical clauses book (C.C.T.P.) is not exhaustive: the Holder must ensure impeccable service. as part of an obligation of result, namely that the premises remain clean and free of any dirt. The technical specifications and quantities appear in this CCTP and in the price schedules. Amounts of the framework agreement: Annual amounts: minimum amount of 15,000 excluding VAT per year and maximum amount of 50,000 excluding VAT per.
