CLEANING SERVICES FOR ROADS, SIDEWALKS, PLACES AND OTHER PLACES IN MANDELIEU-LA NAPOULE
This consultation concerns sweeping services and cleaning of roads, sidewalks, squares, and other places in Mandelieu-La Napoule. To date, the municipality has an urban cleanliness authority which carries out most of the cleaning operations. However, in order to respond to certain one-off or specific needs, this consultation aims to select a service provider capable of intervening in addition to the action of the municipal authority.
Based on the information communicated by the outgoing incumbent, the consultation is not impacted by a resumption of personnel.
This is a framework agreement based on purchase orders, entered into at unit prices with a minimum amount and a maximum amount, setting all contractual stipulations and executed as purchase orders are issued, without negotiation or re-competition, according to the terms provided for in the framework agreement and in application of articles L2125-1 1, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code.
The amount of benefits for the initial period is:
Annual minimum: €10,000 excluding tax
Annual maximum: €100,000 excluding tax
