Description:
Cleaning of public spaces and maintenance of green spaces as part of integration missions. The framework agreement is allotted in 2 batches: - Batch 1: Maintenance of the road system - maximum 85,000 HTl - Batch 2: Maintenance of green spaces - maximum 55,000 HTl This is a market reserved for the structures of insertionn by economic activity, mentioned in article L.5132-4 of the Labor Code and equivalent structures, when they employ a minimum proportion, set by regulation at 50%, of disadvantaged workers, provided for in articles L2113-13 and R.2113-7 of the CCP.It will be passed under the forme of a single-attribute framework agreement with purchase orders provided for in articles R 2162-1 to R 2162-6 of the CCP for the maximum amounts indicated in the following article. The framework agreement will be concluded for a period of one year from the date of notification. It will not be renewable.
