- This consultation is a framework for mono -attributing order orders which relates to all services and supplies, necessary for cleaning the premises of the SEMAPA, including the supply of sanitary consumables. The services will be performed in the following premises : i⤠The administrative headquarters of SEMAPA at 69/71 rue du Chevaleret (4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, and 9th floor of the building) 75013 Paris, SEMAPA staff represents 60 people and it is specified that the number of daily presence is 60 people (to be taken into account for consumables) - surface of approximately 2,200m2; i⤠The Maison des Projects Paris Rive Gauche located at 11 quai Panhard and Levassor 75013 Paris- surface of around 250m2; i⤠The Maison du Project Porte de Montreuil located 3 rue des Doctors Dejerine 75020 Paris - approximately 71 m2. As an indication, we may provide that services will start in October 2025.
