Description:
This consultation concerns cleaning services for premises and glazing at the port of La Rague. The award procedure used is: the open adapted procedure. It is subject to the provisions of articles L.2123-1, R.2123-1 and R.2123-4 of the Public Procurement Code. He This is a composite framework agreement: - at a global and fixed price for part of the services (recurring services - maintenance of the premises of the port of La Rague and glazing); - to purchase orders, passed at unit prices without minimum and with maximum for another part of the services (services punctual - additional passages for the maintenance of sanitary facilities), setting all contractual stipulations and executed as purchase orders are issued, without negotiation or re-competition, according to the terms provided for in the framework agreement and in application of the articles L.2125-1 1, R.2162-1 to R.2162-6, R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. For recurring services (estimated value 55,000EUR excluding VAT excluding PSE), the contractual prices are those set in the act of commitment as they result from the DPGF.
