This consultation is made according to the procedure with negotiation, in application of the provisions of article L 2124-3 of the public procurement code.
This procedure takes place in two phases: an examination phase of the applications and a phase of examination of the offers (before And after negotiations if necessary). The purpose of framework is the purpose of cleaning the cleaning of the premises of the Ain Transport Regie.
