Description:
The cleaning services relate to the municipal buildings of the city of Digne-les-Bains whose nature is varied: offices, premises, parking, sports equipment and various.
This is a composite framework agreement comprising:
-an "ordinary market" relating to recurrent servicesCleaning of sites precisely identified
- a "market with ordering market" relating to exceptional cleaning services which can relate to any building
The "ordinary market" part will classically run according to market rules and prices indicated in decompositionGlobal and flat-rate prices (DPGF)
The "Market with order orders" will run as a framework agreement with maximum enforcement of articles L2125-1 1 , R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code. It will give rise to the emission of order ordersAccording to the prices stipulated in the unit price slip (BPU)
The estimated amounts are indicative and include the options (similar services and renewal).
The start date is foreseemently fixed on 02/06/2025, the effective start date will be specified in order of serviceAs indicated in the specifications for cleaning services for municipal buildings in the city of Digne-les-Bains
