Description:
The consultation is launched in the form of an open call for tenders in accordance with articles R2161-2 to R2161-5, R2162-1 et seq., R. 2162-7 to R. 2162-12 and R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the public procurement code (CCP).
This is a composite public contract concluded with a single corresponding economic operator :
- As part of a contract: this part concerns the fixed price services appearing in the Breakdown of the Global and Fixed Price (DPGF)
- As part of a framework agreement within the meaning of article R. 2162-2 et seq. of the public procurement code entered into without a minimum annual amount and for a maximum annual amount of 50,000.00 euro(s) excluding tax. The framework agreement portion will be executed partly by issuing purchase orders and partly by entering into subsequent contracts.
- The framework agreement part with purchase orders concerns the unit services appearing in the price list units (BPU).
- The framework agreement part for subsequent contracts concerns the provision of services not provided for in the BPU provided that they fall under of the scope of the subject of the framework agreement. These include specific acrobatic performances, whether difficult to predict or not. identifiable in advance due to the diversity of possible interventions. If necessary, the contracting authority may resort to these subsequent contracts, which will specify the characteristics and methods of execution of the services concerned.
