Description:
This consultation is launched according to a formalized procedure with negotiation in application of article R2124-3 of the public procurement code which is the subject of a consultation in 2 stages: an application phase whose methods to bid are specified in the document Explanatory Phase Application "and in the notice of public call for competition. At the end of this phase, candidates who will see their admitted application will be consulted for the next phase which concerns the offer. A phase offer at the end of which candidates submit their offer on the basisof the business consultation file. The services are divided into 2 lots. In the offer phase, a site visit will be compulsory for each lot. The offer of a candidate who has not made this visit will be declared irregular. At the end of the visit, a visit certificate,specific to each lot, will be issued. The latter will be attached to the offer. Otherwise, the offer will be deemed irregular and therefore rejected.
