Description:
The purpose of these markets are the purpose of the cleaning services for premises and the glazing of municipal buildings in the city and CCAS.
This document is designated by the term the code in all the documents of the consultation.
Qualified as Service markets, they are subject to the provisions of the CCAG Current supplies and services approved by decree of March 30, 2021. They passed according to the procedure of the open tender, subject to the provisions of articles L.2124-2, R.2124-2 and R.2161-1 to R.2161-5 of the code.
They constitute Frame agreements with order orders subject to the provisions of articles L.2125-1 and R.2162-1 to R.2162-6 of the code.
Each of the markets, corresponding to the 3 lots, will be awarded to a holder for a maximum duration of four years, including renewal.
Regarding an open procedure, the number maximum participants is not limited.
The maximum total value of the markets is set at 1,400,000 euros HTVA, given their duration and any renewal, to which is added the overall and flat -rate price for recurrent services
