Description:
This consultation concerns:
Cleaning the common areas of 12 sales buildings in the plant center (shopping aisles, toilets, side passages, basement circulation areas, ground floors and upper floors) spread over an area of approximately 40 hectares (section 1):
- Buildings A2, A3, B2, B3, C2, C3, D2, D3, E2, E3, E1F (Fruits and vegetables),
- Building C1 (Flowers).
Cleaning of service premises, equipment and offices of SEMMARIS: 12 sites spread over the entire MIN, i.e. 234 hectares (section 2).
Cleaning the common areas of 9 office buildings (sanitary facilities, circulation in the basement, ground floor and upper floors, green spaces, exterior pedestrian circulation) distributed over the administrative center of approximately 2 hectares (section 3):
- Buildings G5A, G5B, G5C, G5D and G5E),
- Buildings G6A, G6B and G6C),
- Tower G3.
Alternatively, to meet the requirements market management and if necessary, the specifications will include a unit price schedule which can generate one-off orders.
