This contract concerns cleaning services for nursery schools, elementary schools, other municipal buildings and window cleaning.
The missions concern the execution of maintenance and cleaning services for the following premises:
For lot 1: school groups
* School group Marcel Pagnol, avenue Anatole France
* Jules Ferry school group, rue Alphonse Daudet
For lot 2: Cleaning of Premises
* Espace Jean DUFFARD - 43 Victor Hugo courses
* Solidarity and Local Mission Center: 45, cours Victor Hugo
For lot 3: Cleaning of premises
* Municipal Technical Center: 46B, Chemin de Romeziere
* France Service area: Rue de l'Hotel de ville
* City Heart Space: Rue de l'Hotel de Ville
For lot 4: Cleaning of windows,
* Simiane Castle
* Jules FERRY School Group (Elementary)
* Marcel Pagnol School Group (Elementary)
Cleaning of premises:
The holder will provide the products, maintenance equipment and EPC/PPE adapted to the mission.
Consumables (dispensers, hand towels, toilet paper, soaps) will be provided by the municipality.
