Description:
The consultation concerns the choice of a service provider for carrying out cleaning, maintenance, disinfection and decontamination services for premises (COVID-19) and sites dependent on the municipality and the C.C.A.S. of Puteaux.

The description of the expected services and their specificationstechnical ations are in the C.C.T.P. common to all lots, as well as in the C.C.T.P. specific to each lot.

The consultation took the form of an open call for tenders in accordance with article R2124-2 1 of the Public Procurement Code.
Lot 1: cleaning and maintenance services , ofdisinfection and decontamination in the buildings of municipal services and the C.C.A.S.
Given the uncertain number of one-off cleaning and maintenance interventions to be ordered, the contract is a single-awarder framework agreement, which is executed at good cost. order, within the meaning of articless R2162-4 2, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the public procurement code. The order thresholds to be taken are as follows:

- Minimum annual amount: 350,000.00 euros excluding VAT;
- Maximum annual amount: 1,300,000.00 euros excluding VAT

For the City of Puteaux:
- Minimum amount annual: 300,000 euros excluding tax. ;
- Maximum annual amount: 1,200,000 euros excluding VAT;

For the CCAS:
- Minimum annual amount: 50,000 euros excluding VAT;
- Maximum annual amount: 100,000 euros excluding VAT;

As an estimate, the contracting authority could order up to:
