Description:
The passing procedure used is the open call for tenders. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the public procurement code.The conditions of the specifications.
Each batch will be the subject of a separate allocation.
The services are regulated by unit prices.
For each of the lots, the maximum amounts for each period are specified in the acts of engagement.
