Cleaning the beaches of the island of Oleron (vehicle assisted manual)
Cleaning Beaches will be made manually, assisted by a vehicle. Some sites are only accessible, without vehicle. Operators will borrow existing access with the appropriate equipment offered by the company, in agreement with the community. Cleaning includes the collection of anthropogenic waste on the beach, sorting and evacuation of it.
At least and compulsory, the resumption of staff assigned to the service current of the existing market is requested from the candidate.
In addition, the candidate is asked to demonstrate in his technical memory his social know-how and specify the efforts
reception, supervision and training planned within the team dedicated to the performance of the services of this market.
THE candidate will describe the methods of implementing actions in terms of social integration (for example the recruitment of personnel
far from employment) and its actions in terms of training, professionalization, development of skills and employment in employment.
