The market is an ordinary market. The overall execution time for the site is a maximum of 5 months (site preparation period included) from the service order issued after notification of the contract. It is strongly recommended to visit the site by contacting Mrs. Floriane Beaumont, Operations Manager at 01.46.44.41.90. The site visit will take place on Friday November 7, 2025 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. The company is asked to quantify the mandatory variant below: -Mandatory variant no. 1: Supply and installation of the diagonal reinforcement of the party wall preserved between buildings 26 & 22 bis and removal of the installation and supply and installation of the horizontal reinforcement of the party walls between buildings 26 and 20. On this point, the candidate company has the obligation to propose a financial and technical offer meeting the obligatory variant.
