It Also Includes Office Cleaning, Creteil-Habitat-Semic Headquarters. A Astreinte is provided on evenings, weekends and public holidays. It is the subject of a single lot. It did not pass into separate state bodies. Indeed, this would risk making the performance of the services financially more costly and/or technically more difficult. The Consultation Is Passeded In the Form of the European Open Tender Procedure, In Accordance with the Provisions of Articles R2124-2.1, R2161-2, R2161-3, R2161-4 and R2161-5 of Decree No 2018. It This Is A Master Purchase Order Agreement With A Single Operator. Its Maximum Annual Is Fixed At 2,100,000 Euros Ht. A 24/7 on-call service is planned.
