The services to be performed include:
- cleaning of the common areas of buildings and offices;
- Containers 'management (including outing and back-to-school) and containers' cleaning and cleaning and washing of trash premises;
- Maintenance of exteriors(Terraces, Hauts-Vents, Perrons, Circulation and Green Spaces);
- The cleaning of the windows;
- The removal of the bulky areas of the common areas to place it on the sidewalk;
- The supplies of the maintenance products and containers;
- The cleaning of air and underground parking lotsBuildings;
- The collection of household waste in the event of a collection service strike, in the event of absence or in the event of force majeure;
