- The purpose of this market is to entrust to the holder the cleaning and maintenance of school premises and leisure receptions in the western sector of the city of Colombes and the cleaning of the glazing. The precise detail of the services to be performed is described in the C.C.T.P. This is a framework agreementConcluded with a single economic operator in application of articles R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 of the public procurement code. For each lot, the market is concluded at mixed prices. It includes a lump sum for current cleaning services and a unitary part for the services ofPunctual cleaning. For the flat -rate part, the current cleaning services are identified in the decomposition of the overall and flat -rate price specific to each lot. They are paid by an overall annual price indicated in the act of engagement. For the unitary part, thePunctual cleaning services are identified with the unit price slip. They will be executed by means of purchase orders issued as you need under the conditions set out in articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code.
