Description:
The purpose of the contract is to provide cleaning and maintenance services for premises and glazing in municipal and CCAS buildings. These buildings are assigned to administrative and/or technical services, early childhood or education, whether open to the public or not. The deal will be concluded for a period of one year renewable three times one year tacitly (i.e. 4 years maximum). The services include both routine maintenance (partly fixed price) and specific and one-off cleaning work (partly through purchase orders with a maximum of 288,000 Euros excluding tax for the City and 72,000 Euros excluding tax for the CCAS over the total duration of the market). The specific technical clauses (CCTP) specifies the description of the expected services. The commune of Joinville-le-Pont and the Municipal Social Action Center of Joinville-le-Pont have formed a group of orders with a view to concluding this contract. To do this, the Municipality of Joinville-le-Pont was designated as coordinator of the group and received the mandate for the handover and signing of the walk.
