Description:
It is a reconsultation of lots 01 and 02 following the termination of the framework agreement.
The services are divided into 2 lots:
- Lot 01: agency Sud.
- Lot 02: East agency.
Each batch will be the subject of a framework agreement.
These 2 lots are part of an overall program comprising 4 lots in total ::
-Lot 01: South agency
-Lot 02: agency is
-Lot 03: north agency
-Lot 04: vacant housing
For lots 01 and 02 the framework agreement will be concluded with a single economic operator.
Applicants have the opportunity to submit offers for all lots.
The framework agreement is concluded on the date of its Notification until 01/31/2026.
The framework agreement can be renewed by successive period of 1 year for a maximum duration of renewal of 3 years, without this period being able to exceed January 31, 2029.
The total amount of services for the duration of the framework agreement is defined as follows:
- Lot 01: 200,000 EUR maximum per period, or 800,000 EUR maximum for the overall duration of the framework agreement.
- Lot 02: 200,000 EUR maximum per period, or 800,000 EUR maximum for the overall duration of the framework agreement.
