Description:
The purpose of this framework agreement is to clean the premises of the administrative services of the CASVP (central services and decentralized services) as well as the common areas and other various premises of residences for the elderly managed by the CASVP. The expected services are the following: - Cleaning of the premises. - Exit and return of garbage containers. - Disinfection of contact points and toilets. - Control of the quality of execution of the various services. - Monitoring market quality (processing of complaints, etc.). - Support the establishment of prevention plans for the various sites. - Administrative and financial monitoring of the market. The places of performance of the services are as follows: - Administrative and decentralized services (Parisian districts) of the CASVP. - Residences for the elderly (Parisian districts, Neuilly sur Seine and Boulogne Billancourt).
