Additional market information: CLEA, a subsidiary of DALKIA, is the concessionaire for a heating network serving the Bellevue, Dervallières and ATLANTIS districts in Nantes/St Herblain (10,000 housing equivalents). The CLEA network is made up of three main branches: NORTH, SOUTH, EXTENSION, and a gas boiler / biomass boiler connection. The planned work concerns the creation of the new boiler room responsible for injecting heat into the heating network. The market concerns roadworks, earthworks, civil engineering, framing, roofing, fitting out of social premises, locksmithing, finishing work on the building which will contain a gas boiler and a heat pump. The planned surface area of the building is 870m² for a height total of 14m. The buyer reserves the right to reject an application if he considers his financial capacities insufficient or if these technical and professional capacities seem manifestly insufficient to meet the need. The contracting entity reserves the possibility of carrying out similar services article R 2122-7 of the Public Procurement Code. Civil Engineering - Secondary Construction and Waterproofing Covering Construction of a building intended to accommodate a heat pump room, a gas boiler room, electrical premises and social premises. Floor area 858m2, height 9.00m at the parapet. The work includes the creation of surface foundations, paving, floors, etc.
