Description:
Additional market information: CLEA, a subsidiary of DALKIA, is the concessionaire for a heating network serving the Bellevue, Dervallieres and ATLANTIS districts in Nantes/St Herblain (10,000 housing equivalents).
The CLEA network is made up of three main branches: NORTH, SOUTH, EXTENSION, and a gas boiler / biomass boiler connection. The work involves the creation of a new heat recovery room in a wastewater treatment plant in Saint-Herblain, STEU Tougas.
The contract concerns the design, supply and transport of recovery exchangers heat to be installed in a dedicated room.
Two exchangers with a unit power of 2800 kW are planned.
These exchangers must have a pinch of 2C and fit into the planned room (dimensions 11x9m, ceiling height 4.5m).
Given the nature of the water (discharge water leaving the station purification), the exchangers must be able to be completely cleaned in place by a Karcher type high pressure manual washing system.
