Description:
Clea, a subsidiary of Dalkia, is a concessionaire of a heat network serving the Bellevue district, Dervallieres and
Atlantis in Nantes /St Herblain (10,000 Equivalents Housing).
The Clea network is composed of three main branches: North, South, Extension, and a Gas /Gas Building LinkBoiler room
Biomass.
The planned work is on the Atlantis extension part, and the creation of a new boiler room.
Indeed, in accordance with Nantes Metropole (delegant authority), Clea plans to create a boiler room in the
Atlantis district, made up of heat pumps. ThatRequires the implementation of a water network promoting thermal exchange
for the operation of heat pumps.
It is thus provided for the installation of primary tempered water distribution networks (20 C / 12 C) in piping in Epocal resin.
