Description:
The purpose of this consultation is to the aims of the award of 3 markets, each for the purpose of the execution of building construction work intended to house stations under metal envelope (PSEM). Each market to be concluded corresponds to a lot within the meaning of the provisions of the order codepublic and an independent project (project actors, locations, start of the start of work and reception ...). Lot n 1 is attached to the project to build the Genin post, lot n 2 to the construction project of the Aulnay post and lot n 3 to the post construction projectfrom Noroit. The technical and geographical perimeter of each batch is defined in this notice in section n 5.
Civil engineering work for the construction of the building housing the Genin
rte position plans to build a 225KV electrical post in building, on a plot of 1300m2 stillTo be acquired, located at 45 rue du Commandant Rolland on the territory of the town of Bourget (93-Seine-Saint-Denis).
As part of this lot, it is a question of building a building housing the installations of the new post (the latter being "outside the perimeter" of the lot). This will consistof a hall housing the post under metal envelope (PSEM) (H 7.5 meters useful height) and will be surrounded by technical rooms (H 2.8 meters useful height) for a total surface of around 700m2, the whole on full basement (H 4.4 meters useful height).
