Civil Engineering Works and Supply Installation and Welding of pre-insulated steel tubes on the LA POSTE - RCU POITIERS BIARD site Fixed price contract for earthworks, supply and installation and welding of pre-insulated pipes (turnkey) within the framework of a delegation Public Service for the production, distribution of heat and construction of a renewable energy production source from Poitiers BIARD. The project concerns the connection of several buildings on the La Poste site on the urban heating network (RCU) of Poitiers Biard in the town of Poitiers (86). 400 mL estimated The contracting entity reserves the right to ask tenderers to present one or more mandatory variants, which will then be described in the DCE. The services may be divided into firm installments and one or more optional installments. If applicable, the tranches will be described in the DCE offer phase. The sizing elements explained below are forecast, the elements final details will be indicated in the offer phase consultation documents.
