Description:
Dalkia is awarded the creation of the boiler room and the urban heat network in the municipalities of Bayonne and Saint Pierre d'Irube.
The heat network, composed of pre-isolated steel tubes, with diameters of steel tubes between DN32 and DN200, will have a length between 5000 and 6000 linear meters of trenches.
The mission that will be entrusted to the provider will be
- earthworks / trenches to position the networks
- The laying of tubes in the trenches
- The welds of the tubes, the implementation of the leak detection system,
- THE Redding the trenches, including all the material (sand, gravel, ...) and all the equipment (warming fences, ...)
- The repair of horizontal surfaces identically (green spaces, bitumies ...)
- The possible installation of looks / lodges, keys to key
- penetrations in buildings
- Possibly, the installation of sheaths for optical fiber
The market will not understand the supply of tubes
Possibly, The market will include an insertion clause. The contracting entity reserves the right to ask the tenderers to present a or compulsory variants, which will then be described in the DCE. The services can be cut into a firm slice and one or more optional slices. If necessary, the slices will be described in the DCE Phase Offer.
