Description:
This contract includes the design, construction of civil engineering works, foundations, earthworks and VRD (Roads and Miscellaneous Networks), the framework, waterproofing, roofing, and the supply of an optional weighbridge. The works also include the finishing work, in particular the carpentry, the locksmithing of an office area. The main works and buildings to be constructed as part of this operation are a biomass boiler room with storage silo for the network of heat operated by R3C. For information purposes, the financial volume of the work would be distributed according to the following hypotheses: MAJOR WORK: 80%; VRD/EARTHWORK: 20%.
