Description:
Management of city parking means. The passing procedure used is the open call for tenders. It is subject to the provisions of article L2124-2 of the public procurement code. The market is allocated as follows: - Lot 1 Management, maintenance and operation of the underground car parkPublic Place Pierre Mendes France - Lot 2 Maintenance of parking meters, management of the post -steering package and collection of parking rights The remuneration methods are defined by lot. - lot n 1: lump sum price - lot n 2: market at mixed prices concluded in application of the articleR2162.3 of the Public Order Code: - Package price for preventive maintenance, collection of parking duties and parking duties (details in the DPGF) - Unit price for corrective maintenance, deposit and installation of parking meters (details in theBPU). This part will give rise to the emission of purchase orders, in accordance with articles R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the same code. The unit prices will be applied to the really executed quantities, on the basis of the prices indicated in the unit price and quotes slip for supplies outsideslip. These services are concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum annual amount of 50,000 euros excluding tax
