Open tender-articles R.2124-2 1 and R.2161-2 to 5 of the public procurement code.
Project management market in application of article R. 2172-2-1 of the public procurement code.
As part of its security policy, the city of Nice is equipped with new equipment: the hotel Fonts. In order to meet the safety and accessibility requirements of such equipment, the requalification of peripheral streets is necessary. In addition, the new police hotel must be harmoniously written in the Nice urban landscape. It is an opportunity to reclassify the Aging developments in Place Marshall and to open the perspective on the Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art (Mamac) as well as on the future extension of the Pailon Promenade. This urban requalification aims to make the city more attractive and pleasant to live in but also Register in different coherence patterns such as that of the Green frame or the bicycle plan. This requalification concerns the following public spaces:
- Rue de l'Hotel des Posts,
- Place Marshall and its counter-alley,
- rue Defly at the right of Place Marshall,
- rue Edouard Beri,
- Street Delille,
- rue Pierre Devoluy
