- This consultation concerns the organization of the Christmas village which will take place, for the year 2025, from 15 to 31/12. The passing procedure used is: the adapted procedure open. It is subject to the provisions of articles L.2123-1, R.2123-1 1 and R.2123-4 of the public procurement code. Indeed, the nature of the services subject to the market is the list of social services and other specific services, in application of 3 of article R.2123-1 and article R.2131-14 of the public order code, allowing whatever the estimated value of the need to resort to a suitable procedure. This is a composite framework agreement running for lot 1, according to a framework agreement for orders and for lot 2, according to a market ordinary.
