Description:
The city of Carcassonne wishes to acquire and/or rent original decorations for Christmas magic.
For the year 2025, the city has the plan to rent:
1/ A large decorative tree
2/3 hot air ballooners (placed on 3 different sites)
3/ Bubbles with automata
4/ Light trees
5/ Various elements which will be chosen from the BPU-DQE and/or from the supplier's catalog.
The choice of various decorations, updated each year, will be made in view of the BPU-DQE and the supplier's catalog.
Christmas magic: rental and Purchase of original decorations
This is a framework framework for mono -assigning orders which will be concluded for a period of 4 years with a minimum amount of 30,000 euros excluding tax and a maximum amount of 1,200,000 euros excluding tax on the total duration of the market.
The order orders will be notified by the representative of the contracting authority as and when needs.
They may present, in accordance with articles R. 2151-8 to R. 2151-11 of the public procurement code, an offer comprising variants which must meet the requirements The following detailed minimum: The decorations desired by the municipality are described in the BPU-DQE. The candidates will have to offer rental and purchase (both) of the decorations identical to those described in the BPU-DQE or approaching it (this is the object of the variant).
