- The purpose of the Contract is to entrust the service provider with a mission to check the fire extinguishers, armed fire taps and smoke extraction hatches present in the various buildings in the city as well as the replacement of the fire extinguishers.
A fixed part concerning:
a ) The serviceconcerns the verification of fire extinguishers and armed fire valves (RIA): annual maintenance, in-depth additional overhaul, workshop overhaul of fire extinguishers (spare parts and refills included), replacement of reformed fire extinguishers and annual maintenance of the RIA. pbeneficiary undertakes to carry out verification on all types of fire extinguishers and RIA, whatever the brand (intervention between June and August 2024 for the first year).
b) The verification of smoke extraction hatches is annual and obligatory.
The interview covers all servicesno labor, travel and small supplies necessary to keep the fire devices in good working order.
